Your badge will allow access to all panels & sessions EXCEPT those marked as part of the YA A to Z track.

**Agents Conference plus YA A to Z track
Your badge will allow access to all panels & sessions, whether part of the regular conference or part of the YA A to Z track.

***YA A to Z only
Your badge will allow access to ONLY the panels & sessions marked as part of the YA A to Z track. (You may, however, choose to purchase tickets to the keynote luncheon, which is a general conference event.) All YA A to Z panels & sessions will happen on Saturday, June 23.

Refund Policy:

Through December 15, 2011: 100% refund available.
December 15, 2011- February 15, 2012: 50% refund available.
February 15 - June 30, 2012: No refunds made.
