Join the Writers' League of Texas at Books in the Basin, in Odessa, TX! WLT staff will be available at our exhibitor table throughout the weekend to answer questions about WLT programming and to meet members and prospective members alike. We're also hosting a panel on "Being A Good Literary Citizen": join us and guest authors to discuss what reading and literacy can do for a community. Claire Banschbach was born and raised in Midland, TX, the fourth of eight children. She was homeschooled through high school and is now a proud member of the Texas A&M University class of 2014. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Science Center.

Jeramey Kraatz is the author of the children's book series The Cloak Society from HarperCollins. His essays and short fiction have been featured in places like Salon, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, and Gizmodo. Jeramey is a graduate of the MFA writing program at Columbia University and currently teaches writing at Texas Christian University.
